(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CLBK), the mid-tier holding company for Columbia Bank ("Columbia"), reported net income of $13.1 million, or $0.13 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, as compared to $8.9 million, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 reflected higher net interest income due to both an increase in interest income and a decrease in interest expense, and a decrease in provision for credit losses, partially offset by lower non-interest income, an increase in non-interest expense and higher income tax expense.
